Designation: Service Networking Engineer
Eligibility: Certificate Course (ITI), Diploma

Job Profile:
  • Coordinates customer service. Ensures prompt response and efficient use of resources to achieve Service Targets.
  • Determines accurate nature of service calls and assign to appropriate Field Engineers 
  • Maintain computerized information systems and participates in their development to improve efficiency within the unit
  • Monitors and Drive Service Targets for installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Carries out routine preventative tasks to achieve Service Levels at all times 
  • Liaises with internal and external teams regarding staffing availability, operational issues that impact service delivery 
  • Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of the staffing levels and company-wide processes and procedures to achieve call service metrics.
